Henry Semore Lemons  
(Age 90)  On June 22, 2021. Henry Semore Lemons of Bowie, Maryland. Special lifetime friend of the late Gloria Lemons; beloved father of the late Belinda Lemons Clayburn, Susan Lemons Floyd and Larry (Pamela) Lemons; cherished grandfather of Melanie Lemons and Brian Lemons; loving son of the late Henry F. and Virginia A. Lemons; dearest brother of the late Audrey (Howard) Foster of Columbus, Ohio and the late Joanne (Carl) Greenwood; husband of the late Lillian P. Lemons and step-father to Mark Benjamin, Karen Kosh, Cedric Benjamin. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and special friends. Friends may call at Contee AME Zion Church, 903 Division Ave. N.E., Washington, DC on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery Suitland, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Henry S. Lemons to the Gary Sinise Foundation, Make a Donation | Gary Sinise Foundation (garysinisefoundation.org).

Uncle Lemons
Our family and friends got together today (Friday) to celebrate your life. We cried and laughed about the good old days. We thank God for allowing you to be in our lives for so many decades.
You will be missed dearly by all of us that got to know and love you.
