HENRY A. MIKELL, III
The Fort Stevens Lions Club regretfully announces the death of Lion Henry Mikell. His dedication to lionism will surely be missed. Mikell passed away on April 10, 2013. Funeral Services will be held at Northeastern Presbyterian Church, 2112 Varnum St. NW, Washington, DC on April 20, Viewing 10 a.m. Service 11 a.m. Interment will be at Quantico National Cemetery on April 22. Spain Musgrove, Pres.

Goodbye to my friend, mentor and adviser. I learned many lessons from you in patience, understanding and experienced reasoning. You will be missed by many, but the Lord now has a competent angel.

I will definitely miss you. We only met a few years ago but in that short time I came to think of you as family. You and Louise had a life together that many of us will never achieve. The love and respect and faith in god that you to shared was an inspiration. The love you exhibited toward your daughter and grandson was beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life if only for a short time. I know you're having a high old time with the original Buffalo Soldiers. You will be missed. Love, Benita Davis
