On Friday, November 3, 2006 of Falls Church, VA; beloved husband of Eve Smith. Loving father of Carol Schaffer, Stephanie Toohig and Steve Smith; brother of Stella Ziemianski and Gerry Szmyd. Also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Arlington Assembly of God 4501 N. Pershing Dr. Arlington, VA 22203 from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, November 6 and where a service will be held on Tuesday, November 7 at 1 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the House of Joy Orphanage and Home for the Elderly, Ukraine, care of the Arlington Assembly of God.
