TUTT HERMAN TUTT, JR. On Tuesday, February 19, 2008 beloved son of Benita Nelson-Tutt. Also survived by sister Tonya Coffey (Kevin), two grandmothers and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, February 26 from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at the Randall Memorial United Methodist Church, 1002 46th St NE., Washington, DC. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Arrangements by HODGES & EDWARDS.

First, my deepest sympathy, and condolences to Ms. Tutt, and her family. Herman was truly a pleasure to work with. He always kept a smile on his face and everyone here at work. He will be TRULY MISSED by many here, and will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. He's what made working on Sunday nights worth coming to work for. Second, Herman, you left behind a second family here at the PG Animal Shelter. You are one of my dearest brothers, and I will miss you so much. I will keep you close to my heart, and will keep your memory alive every Sunday. Trust me, you will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. I LOVE AND WILL MISS YOU!!!!

I have known Herman since middle school and attended school together all the way through the end of High School. Even though we havent been in contact, other than the occasional brief run-in, I am deeply saddened by his death. Herman was such a genuinely sweet and funny person. He could light up a room with his smile and have everyone laughing until it hurt. It's a shame to see such a life cut short. My condolences to his family.

This was a terrible lost to my family,and hopefully a wake up call to others.Herman will be truly missed, his smile,his laugh,his love. To Aunt Benita keep your head up Herman would not want to see you cry.Just know that while he's not here in the flesh he will alway's live in your heart,know that he was a solider on this earth and now he's a solider for the lord.
