We met Mr. Lerch a few years ago and realized he was the patriarch of his family. He enjoyed the Chesapeake Bay and I had the pleasure of being the first mate on the fishing vessel Hurricane which the Lerch family chartered many times to be together. He will be missed by his friends and family and forever in our memories.

Please accept our deepest sympathy.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lerch at the Mazo-Lerch Co. He was well respected and held in the highest esteem by all his employees. Mr. Lerch's love of family, the outdoors, reading and his sense of humor, made him such an unique boss. A true "Country Gentleman", is the way I will always remember him. My deepest sympathy to his family.
