Irwin Nepo Obituary
Irwin and Hellaine married in 1962, moved to Boston, and started a family. In 1973 they moved to Potomac, MD, where they raised their 2 sons.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Irwin graduated from City College of New York with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked at the New York Navy Yard and RCA (in NJ and MA) before joining Amecom, Litton Industries in MD, where he remained until his retirement in 1994.
Irwin will be remembered for his limitless love for family, his boundless knowledge and passion for history, and his generosity that he extended to all. During his 32 years of retirement, he relished his many years of taking classes in literature, short stories, philosophy, and history.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17 at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ. Shiva will be at the home of Robert and Jennifer Nepo in Armonk, NY on October 17 and 18. A celebration of life will be held in Rockville, MD at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Irwin's memory to a charity of your choice.

Marcia and I morn the passing of our dear friend Irwin. His love of family, friends and history is an inspiration. We have fond memories of our many hours spend with him and Hellaine. May his memory be a blessing.
