Beloved son of Sung Ping Chern and Wei Yi Tsai; brother of Robert T. Chen, James T. Tsai and Cynthia Chen; nephew of Terry S. Chern, Sung Kuan Chern, Sung An Chern, Ming Kai Tsai and Mrs. Su Yueh Tsai. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2002, 10:30 a.m. at the MONEY & KING VIENNA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA. Interment Fairfax Memorial Park.
