CAIN JAMES ARTHUR CAIN, III On Friday, May 23, 2008, JAMES ARTHUR CAIN, III was call home to rest. Jim was born September 5, 1948 to the late James A. Cain, Jr. and Helen Cain Foster. He leaves to mourn his passing a devoted wife of 38 years, Elna (Pistol); three children Nycal Anthony (Nickie) of Largo, MD, Michelle Nunnally (Joffrey) of Lithia Springs, GA and James Cain IV (Lisa) of Hanover, MD; a stepfather, Dave Foster of Norfolk, VA; two sisters, Dorothy Simms (Dottie) of Waldorf, MD and Dawn Hopkins (James) of Washington DC; a grandfather, Cline Alexander of Virginia; five grandchildren, Shalaina, Jason, Jessica (Jessie), Carlesia (Carlie) and Joffrey Joe (J); one great-granddaughter, Selah; three special cousins, Mary Johnson of North Carolina, Donald Davis (Plutes) of California and Alfreda Elzie-Hudson (Freda) of Florida; an uncle, John Alexander of Virginia, an aunt, Jessie Davis of CA; three nieces and two nephews and a host of other family, friends and loved-ones. The family will receive friends at Carolina Missionary Baptist Church,9901 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD, Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 6 to 7 p.m., where he will also lie in state on Friday, May 30, 2008 from 8 a.m.until the service at 9 a.m. Interment Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements by Hunt Funeral Home, Washington DC
