Royce,
It is heartbreaking to hear about Janis. My memories of you and Janis began with my dad and Molly's wedding. I remember two people that started and finished each other sentences. Both you and Janis are two of the most down to earth people, in an area of the country where there is not many genuine people like you. I know both Molly and my dad have loved the time they have spent with both of you over the years, especially 4th of July. No words can make you whole, but I sincerely hope that you can cherish with fondness the memories that both of you shared together. I hope that time gives you more laughter of those memories and less tears. We wish the best for you and your family.

We were so very sorry to hear that Janis had died. We only met her a few times but remember her as a lovely and gracious person with a great sense of humor. We remember particularly of the story she told with great enthusiasm and a twinkle in her eye of the time Royce made her drive home in the snow with what turned out to be a broken foot. We also remember the love and joy she expressed when talking about the individual trips she and Royce took with each of their beloved nieces. Janis leaves behind a wealth of good deeds and accomplishments and many happy memories. She will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. With deepest sympathy for Royce and her family, Pam and Bill White.
