JEFFREY WILLIAM HULBERT
Jeffrey William Hulbert, 67, of Chevy Chase, MD passed away on May 3, 2021, after a brief illness, surrounded by his family. Born October 7, 1953 in Newport, RI, he attended North Chevy Chase Elementary, Kensington Junior and Leland Junior High Schools, graduating from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School and the University of Georgia. Jeff was a successful TV news journalist and anchor, later a popular music DJ and video producer. He was an avid outdoorsman and Constitutional Rights activist.Jeff is the beloved father of Ansley Hulbert; devoted son of Patricia and the late William Hulbert; cherished (twin) brother of Kevin, Clayton (wife, Jocelyn) and Jonathan (wife, Kim) Hulbert, and is survived by many loving relatives and loyal friends.A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at Bay Area Community Church, 884 Chesterfield Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 1 pm, followed by a reception at the Church; masks are not required for those who have been fully vaccinated. Just learned recently from an old friend about Jeff´s passing. I ran a singles organization for 10 years and Jeff was the DJ for about five of those 10. He was a wonderful DJ and I will always remember those wonderful and fun times! heartfelt condolences to the family! Jane Weissman - former owner of face-2-face singles!
