We have been gone all summer and just found out that our dear friend and nearby neighbor Jennifer has died. Words can't express how sad we are at the loss of such a vibrant, exciting person. She has enriched our lives with fabulous stories of growing up in the rarefied air of Mar-a-Lago with her grandfather and step grandmother Marjorie Merriweather Post, and worldwide adventures with her beloved Ted. We are stunned and extend to Ted and the family our most sincere condolences.

I am going to miss Jennifer terribly. We talked right up to a little over a week before her death. Her stories about famous people and her family were incredible. But we talked books and I keep thinking, "I have to tell Jennifer about this book. She'd love it."
Since it was a sudden death, I still can't believe it. I admire her spirit, her fighting spirit which was much in play with her inheriting a very aggressive cancer.
