On Saturday, September 28, 2002 at Woodbridge Nursing Center after a long illness. Before moving to Prince William County, she had been a resident of Arlington, VA. Wife of the late Lee H. Nichols; mother of Gary L. Nichols and his wife, Alita; grandmother of Hutch, Ryan and Royce Nichols; sister of Cary Young. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday at MOUNTCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 13318 Occoquan Rd., Woodbridge, VA, where a wake service will begin at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 1 at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Mary's Way, Woodbridge, VA. Interment will follow at Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.
