Of Bowie, Maryland, formerly of Richmond, VA, died February 19, 2017. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., Richmond, VA, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, March 2 from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon on Friday, March 3, 2017 at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Road, Richmond, VA. My deepest condolences to the family during this difficult time. I will truly miss Jill. She had a smile that would light up a room, or where ever she was. I'm so glad I had a chance to spend some quality time with her this past summer. She loved her children and family so much, and we spent hours talking about our children. RIP Sweet Angel!!
