JOAN M. OWENS  
Of Washington, D.C., on May 25, 2011. Wife of the late Frank A. Owens. Survived by her sister Willette M. Carlton; daughters Adrienne Lewis and Angela Owens; granddaughter Chara Johnson; nieces Eolyn and Lenyta Kimbro, Deborah Mason, and Joan Green; and six great-nieces and nephews. The services will be held at Ft. Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Maryland on Tuesday, June 7. The family will receive friends at 12:30 p.m., with the service following at 1:30 p.m.
