You were a good friend and a mentor to me both in life and the American Legion. Your friendship, knowledge, humor, singing and comradship will be missed by so many people whose life you have touched and impacted. Thank you for your friendship, you will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.

You died far too young, but so many health issues were not favorable for long life. As we say our final goodbyes to your earthly presence, we will cherish the memory of our relationships with you.

You have been loved by us all, if only from afar...the way you needed it to be. Your laughter, generosity, and commitment to the Legion and your work are your legacy.

Your family will forever miss you...but would not wish you back to the pain of your disease! Rest well!
