JOHN JOANNOU
John Joannou, 78, of Vienna, VA, passed away July 21, 2018. He was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, the son of Spiro and Aphrodite Ioannou. Preceded in death by his first wife, Athena Joannou, together they had three sons. He is survived by all three sons, Alex, Chris and Philip, his wife Ritsa, and three grandchildren. John's best known for owning and operating Dino's Den restaurant in Fairfax. He was a loving and caring soul and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Services will be Monday, July 30, at St. Katherine's Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church, VA. Interment at Fairfax Memorial Park, followed by reception at Demaine Funeral Home.

Shocked and saddened to hear of John's passing. He has been a good friend to me and my family in Mclean.We all loved him and send condolences to Ritsa and his 3 sons and grandchildren. See you on the other side..... I have been travelling for the past month or I would have been at the funeral

I'm very sorry about John's passing.I met him through Feri's single dances.He was very nice to me,and we became good friends throughout the years.My prayers are with his family during their time of sorrow.May John Rest In Peace.
