To the Riley Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathies for my police brother John. Doris, John and I go back to our early days on the MPDC. I worked with John for over twenty years. He was not only a brother in arms, he was a good friend. I will miss him dearly. May you rest in peace, my friend.

To the Riley Family,

Please accept my sympathies, on behalf of the Prince George's County Circuit Court, for the lost of an outstanding person and a complete police officer. This community is far richer because of John Riley's service. Those of us who worked with him as Prosecutor's and Judges shall miss his constant good humor and dedication to the things in which he believed.

JOHNNY WAS A VERY NICE PERSON TO BE AROUND. HE WAS THE FINEST UNCLE MY DAUGHTER, BEVERLY, COULD EVER HAVE. I WILL MISS SEEING HIS SMILING FACE, AND HIS ABILITY TO NEVER FORGET A FRIEND. HE WAS ALWAYS WARM AND KIND TO ME AND MY FAMILY. HEAVEN HAS HIM NOW AND FOR THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS LEFT BEHIND - REMEMBER THE JOY HE BROUGHT INTO YOUR LIVES. I SEND THIS WITH THE LOVE AND SYMPATHY IN THE LOSS OF SOMEONE THAT MADE EVERYONE FEEL SPECIAL, LIKE YOU WERE A PART OF HIS FAMILY. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BE WITH YOU DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME.

LOVE,

DEBRA BELL
