John Templeman, Sr.
On Friday, July 12, 2019, John passed peacefully in Washington Hospital Center surrounded by his loving son, and daughter. He is survived by his wife, Peggy, his daughter, Michele Day, son John, Jr., his sister, Shirley King and a host of close relatives. Viewing 12:30 p.m. until time of funeral services, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD. Interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.

John Templeman was a good man. I knew him at Channel 9 (WUSA) where he worked for many years. He had a good heart and I counted him as a good friend. He kept up with many of us after he left and he was always an encourager. God bless John now, as I know he stands in the Presence of Our Lord. AND God bless his family. I am better for knowing this dear person.
