John and I started 1st grade together at Carroll Parkway Elementary. We were friends from that day on. John never had a bad word about anyone; except in playing sports, he was a true competitor. When John decided to run as an alderman for the city, he reached out for some advice. He served the city well and was a true asset. I pass his house in Frederick and think of him every time.

John and I started 1st grade together at Parkway Elementary School. We became great friends through all the years. When John became interested in politics he asked for my advice and thoughts on bettering downtown Frederick. He was a great advocate for all the years as an alderman and for supporting the Carroll Creek Park. He will be missed. Dick Kessler

Sorry to hear of Jon's passing. I knew Jon for many years. He was always pleasant and a gentleman. He will be missed.
Know that Jon is now living in God's house, eating at God's table and playing golf on God's golf course.
My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

Dear Kreissig Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Professor Krissig was one of my Professor at Mc. He was always asking how I was doing and just always in a caring mood towards his students. We will miss him greatly. By far one of the best professors I have had at Mc. I will pray for your family during this hard time. God bless.

Dear family of Jon, I was a friend of his sister, Barbara. Jon was always smiling and in the background if Barbara or his mom need help with something. Mrs. Kreissig was our Brownie leader. I know he will be missed. I am so sorry.

Carole and I are deeply saddened to here of Jon's passing and offer our condolences. Jon was a good friend and one of my mentors. We spent many hours working on our baseball skills in our youth and talking about life. He was our best man in 1968. He will be missed.
