JOSEPH GRAHAM Obituary
JOSEPH HARRY GRAHAM
Long-time resident of Silver Spring, MD, Joseph died peacefully at St. Mary's Nursing Center, August 11, 2014. He served in the Navy 1942-46 and took part in the invasion at Normandy. In 1950 he earned a doctorate in plant pathology from NC State. He worked at USDA until 1977, then at Waterman-Loomis until 1983. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, daughter, Anne Lowney, son, Joseph Graham, Jr., and grandson, Vincent Graham. Funeral will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham on August 20, at 11 a.m. Arrangements by Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD 20650.Condolences to the family may be made at www.brinsfieldfuneral.com
