Uncle Father Joe it’s been a while but I’ll never forget your presence at our family parties and reunions. You were always everyone’s favorite❤ And there was always a living room mass on Sunday mornings...my favorites were at Aunt Maryanne and Uncle Eddie’s...rest in peace and say hello in heaven to my mom, dad and John. Nanny and Paul. Aunt Marianne, Uncle Eddie and Stacey. Uncle Jack; my godfather. God bless

When we for the first time in over 50 years didn't hear from Father K at Christmas (in the 60's we called him Father Joe), I learned to my sorrow that he had passed last month. To me he was a softball and basketball coach, a mentor, fun, a friend and guide who got me over some pretty rough patches, the priest who married us and baptized our children, and who always, even 50 years later, was a spiritual guide and comforter. As my husband said, he was a faithful servant of God whom we will miss deeply. I send my deep condolences to his family at this sad time. He lived life to the fullest and left a superb legacy to all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Rest in Peace Father K. I remember you well from my grade school days at St. Anthony's. I often think of you and your smiling face, energetically racing around from point A to point B. Our paths haven't crossed in years but I will always remember your kindness.

Goodbye Joe, An old classmate from GONZAGA Class 2B 1948. You will probably not remember me so I will remain anonymous.

On behalf of the Milford Avenue Dugans, we remember Father Joe with deep love. He came to our family as a neighbor and friend after the loss of our dad. This was before he became a priest. He was always there for Mary, Tee, Jay and Mary Ann. Through the years he was our family's priest and friend. God has a very special place in heaven for Father Joe. You are deeply loved.
