I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my beautiful friend Joyce. She was the classiest, kindest and most caring person I know. She spoke often about her daughter Christina. Sending light and love Xxo

I had the pleasure of going to Law School with Joyce and, after graduation, of working with her in a political office. We worked closely in that office and had a day-to-day working relationship in which we (in my opinion) had a fun & highly productive working relationship. Joyce's work was always impressive & topnotch but most impressive (to me) was her ability to make me laugh LOUDLY with her on a day-to-day basis. She was something else. I will miss her beautiful laugh & sense of humor . . .

So incredibly sorry to hear this. Joyce was one of the kindest, smartest and welcoming individuals that I have ever met. I met her through our Links´ Chapter and was honored to call her a friend. My sincerest condolences to her daughter and family.

I worked with Joyce many years ago at Biospherics in Beltsville, Md. We were doing contract work for the National Cancer Institute. She was a wonderful colleague and someone I could go to for help when I needed to locate additional information. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

To her daughter, family and friends. I knew Ms. Joyce Batipps through The Links, Inc. She was warm, friendly and I admired her spirit and how she always carried herself with a demure elegance. She also had a funny sense of humor at chapter meetings. My condolences to you all.

To the family,
I would like to extend my condolences to you. Losing a loved one in death breaks our heart. Please know that you can find comfort and strength in God. Isa. 41:10 says he will hold on to you with his right hand of righteousness. Cherish the loving memories.
