Joyce was a huge light in my life and loved getting to know her in law school. She made life better! May her life be a blessing!

I had the pleasure of going to Law School with Joyce and, after graduation, of working with her in a political office. We worked closely in that office and had a day-to-day working relationship in which we (in my opinion) had a fun & highly productive working relationship. Joyce's work was always impressive & topnotch but most impressive (to me) was her ability to make me laugh LOUDLY with her on a day-to-day basis. She was something else. I will miss her beautiful laugh & sense of humor ....

So incredibly sorry to hear this. Joyce was one of the kindest, smartest and welcoming individuals that I have ever met. I met her through our Links´ Chapter and was honored to call her a friend. My sincerest condolences to her daughter and family.

I worked with Joyce many years ago at Biospherics in Beltsville, Md. We were doing contract work for the National Cancer Institute.
