JULIUS ALSTON, JR. "Ju-Baby" (Age 66)
On June 8, 2017, Julius was called home. He was a loving father to Samantha Harrison and son-in-law Donnell; doting grandfather of Zara Harrison and beloved friend to many. Julius is survived by his sisters, Audrey L. Oliver (James) and Carolyn D. Alston; brothers, John A. Alston (Deborah) and Otis A. Alston (Ann); daughter, Natasha A. Alston; grandchildren, Desa, September, and DeleVonte Alston; and a host of other relatives. Parents, Annie M. and Julius Alston, Sr., preceded him in death. Homegoing Services will be held at J. B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Road, Hyattsville, MD on Monday, June 19, viewing, 3:30 p.m., followed by service, 4:30 p.m.www.jbjfh.com

Dear Daddy. I love you. I miss you so much already. With father's day approaching, I just want to honor you and make sure your home going is beautiful like the beautiful person you were inside. I've had my moments in private but have sense of peace and joy because I can feel you in my heart and you are always in my mind; but I just wish I could have said one more of our conversations and one last hug and kiss before you took your journey to your new home in heaven.
