Life for Karl was about good food, fine wine, and music--always music. The Emerson Quartet was his special favorite. I will always remember him and Rita--our times together sharing holidays and birthdays and just good talks.

So sad to hear about Karl's passing, hopefully he is at peace and out of pain. My mother (Sally) use to tell us how Aunt Lena would feed Karl sour cream with a spoon to fatten him up, she would probably have had more success with some exotic wine! I have lots of good memories, you kids and grandkids have so much more.
