Kay was my first friend when I immigrated to America . We had great fun as teenagers, were in each other´s weddings and became mothers at about the same time. Our families meant the world to us. Even through distance we shared confidences and laughs and when in town, a cozy lunch and a glass of wine. She was a warm, intelligent, beautiful woman and a great friend

Kay was a kind soul. Always engaging and asking questions about you. She wanted to know every detail. Not many people in this world like to go as deep as she did on the details, but make no mistake this showed that she was listening and cared about you. Like my Dad always said, act like you give a dam, and that she did, and I will always remember her for that. Love ya, miss you. .....John
