Dr. KENNETH ALDINE PALMER (Age 75)
Dr. Kenneth Aldine Palmer, age 75, died Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at his home in Ocean Pines. Born in Boonsboro, MD, he was the son of the late Malcolm Stanley Palmer and Mary Jane Ellen Remsburg Palmer. He was preceded in death by his wife Suzanne Wilson Palmer. He is survived by his daughters Kris Hayden, her husband Bobby, and Jennifer Rogers, her husband Bryan, and his five grandchildren: Carolyn, Maggie, Sarah, Malcolm, and Lydia, all of Mt. Airy, Maryland. Dr. Palmer received his PhD from George Washington University and had been a Research Geneticist. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Memorial services will be held on February 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Friends may call one hour prior to the service and February 21, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, Eldersburg, MD. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Servant Event Fund at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Attn: Tommy Ridgeway, 51 Wilburn Place, Ashville, NC 28806. Arrangements are in the care of The Burbage Funeral Home. Letters of condolence may be sent to [email protected]
