LARRY McDANIEL (Age 76)
Larry McDaniel, 76, of Punta Gorda, FL and Ocean Pines, MD passed away May 3, 2017. He was the son of Edward and Mary McDaniel, born February 10, 1941 in Washington, DC Larry was the founder of VarcoMac Electrical Construction Co., Annapolis Junction, MD. He volunteered with Believe in Tomorrow, Children's House by the Sea, Ocean City, MD and Christmas in April*Prince George's County, MD. Larry was a member of the Elks of Punta Gorda, FL. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 29 years, Sunny Vargas; mother, Mary Silvia; sons, David (Joy) and Mark (Rocheal); siblings, Shirley Moore, Betty Wells, Sharon (John) Kalokerinos, Pat (Kathy) McDaniel, Pamela Reynolds and Jeff (Peggie) McDaniel; grandchildren, Dale, Sarah, Christopher, Dylan, Emily and Wayne and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate Larry's life will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Memorial donations may be made to Believe in Tomorrow, Children's House by the Sea, 13 66th St., Ocean City, MD 21842 or Christmas in April*Prince George's County, 7915 Malcolm Rd., Clinton, MD 20735.
