Of Washington, DC, departed July 14, 2007. He is survived by his loving wife, Lovenia J. Thomas; children, Selina Duncan, Tonya Johnson, Lawrence Thomas, Jr. and Rochelle Gibson; 15 grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, July 20, 10 a.m., service 12 noon, at Israel Metropolitan Christian Church, 557 Randolph St., NW. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Arrangements by JOHNSON & JENKINS FUNERAL HOME.
