It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lee Ann Baldwin, a dedicated wife, mother, friend, and pioneering businesswoman, on April 6, 2024, at the age of 73. Born on October 24, 1950, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lee Ann's journey was one marked by innovation, dedication, and warmth.
Lee Ann was not only the co-founder and COO of LTM INC, a company she established alongside her husband and a dear friend, but also a beacon of guidance and support for all who knew her. Her business acumen was matched only by her unwavering commitment to her family and friends, making her a cherished figure in both her professional and personal circles.
Lee Ann is survived by her devoted son, Paul Baldwin, and his partner, William Cliff Brown; her caring siblings, Carol Myers, Mark Akin, and Dolores Baldwin; and a community of friends who found in her an incomparable source of wisdom and comfort. Lee Ann was a testament to the power of listening, always offering her ear and advice to those in need, making her absence deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A celebration of Lee Ann's life will be held on April 20 at 12 noon at Top of the Town, 1400 N 14th Street, Arlington, VA 22209. We invite all who loved her to join us in commemorating a beautifully lived life and share in the memories of a woman so dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, we encourage donations to causes dear to Lee Ann: the Women's Housing Coalition of Albuquerque, which supports homeless women, and the Wortham Akin Memorial Art Scholarship Fund at the University of New Mexico, founded in memory of Lee Ann's late father.
