FORMAN LEE L. FORMAN On Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Capital Hospice. Beloved wife of Howard J. Forman; mother of Grant (Michelle) Forman and Lauren Forman; sister of Richard Lavinthal. Services at Temple Rodef Shalom, 2100 Westmoreland St., Falls Church, VA on Monday, March 9 at 10:30 a.m. Interment King David Memorial Gardens. The family will be observing Shiva at her residence through Thursday evening. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Capital Hospice, 6565 Arlington Blvd., Suite 501, Falls Church, VA or the Cancer Center, c/o Virginia Hospital Center. Funeral arrangements by JEFFERSON FUNERAL CHAPEL.

Dear Lavinthal and Forman Families,
I am truly sorry for your loss. I lived in Trenton as a kid and graduated a year after Lee from Trenton High school. I don't remember her that well, but I do remember the family shoe store where I got all of my shoes as a kid.

I returned from Virginia with many photos of her as a kid (Junior Three, Trenton High, Indian Lake Camp, etc.) Send an e-mail to [email protected] if you want an e-mailed small attachment (250x250 pixels) of a photo in which you appear. (I remember most of her Trenton friends but have no idea about Indian Lake.)
