On Tuesday, May 27, 2003. Beloved husband of Conswella R. Thomas. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, parents Mr. and Mrs. Lemuel R. Thomas Sr., sisters, brothers, three sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, one brother-in-law, three sisters-in-law, a mother-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, June 2, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at Greater Mt. Nebo AME Church, 401 Prince George's Blvd., Upper Marlboro, MD. Interment Washington National Cemetery. Arrangements by HODGES & EDWARDS FUNERAL HOME.

It has been an honor to have known and worked with Lem through the years with AFGE. I have never met a more dedicated Union Activist. Lem will be truly missed and may God continue to bless his loved ones.
