Leonard A. Ceruzzi "Len" (Age 85)

Leonard A. Ceruzzi "Len" died November 17, 2023, Len was born in New Haven, CT. He was previously deceased by his parents John and Mary Ceruzzi. He was a longtime resident of Bowie and Annapolis. He is survived by his wife Barbara of 63 years. They had six children, eight grandchildren and three great granddaughters. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sister Rosemary (Al); and his children Carol in Maryland, Leonard (AliceAnn) in California, Diane (John) in Maryland, Stephen (Theresa) in Missouri, John (Tammy) in North Carolina, and Douglas in Maryland His joy in retirement was his grandchildren: Maria, Rebecca, Anthony, Victoria, Geoffrey, Emily, Randy, Carinna and Richard. His great granddaughters: Harper, Lillith, Iris. Len graduated from Fordham University, University of Denver, (Master's in International Relations) and University of Connecticut (Juris Doctor). He worked as a lawyer in the Federal Aviation Administration retiring after 20 years and he then worked for Continental Airlines for 10 years and then he fully retired. He enjoyed Sailing, watching Premier League Football (Soccer), Reading and traveling around the world A visitation will be held Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715. The funeral service will be Monday, December 4, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel, 16501 Annapolis Rd., Bowie, MD 20715. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, kindly consider memorial contributions in Len's honor to St. Jude's Hospital or memorial trees.
