LEONARD M. WAGMAN (Age 90)
On Monday, January 21, 2019, Leonard M. Wagman died suddenly, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Myrna Wagman; loving father of Andrew (Robin) Wagman and Stacey (Ric) Heivilin; dear brother of the late Joseph Wagman; cherished grandfather of Alexander and Jordan Wagman and Lindsay and Rachel King. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 12 Noon at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD. Interment to follow at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Contributions made be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements by Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, under the Jewish Funeral Practices Committee of Greater Washington Contract.

Len was truly one who worked to make the world a better place. Many will miss his kindness and humor, such as dropping a timely bon mot about applying the Presumption of Regularity in order to defuse a conflict. What a mensch!

I express my deep condolences to the family of Leonard Wagman at this sorrowful time. I was honored to have tried cases at the National Labor Relations Board before Judge Wagman. He was brilliant, sharp, witty and fair, and had a great impact on all who worked with him and on countless workers. Take comfort in knowing that he will be missed by many.
