Levi Thomas Wellons, Jr., 91, of Deale, MD on February 17, 2007. Husband of the late Virginia D. Wellons; beloved father of L. Thomas Wellons III (Diane), William Wellons (Jane) and Roseanne D. Vernon (Donald), and step-father of James Aubrey Sykes (Nina); brother of John F. Wellons and the late Shirley Jackson, Virginia Jennings and Ruby Simpson. Also surviving are six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may call at RAUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 8325 Mt. Harmony Lane, Owings, MD on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held Friday February 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made Calvert County Nursing Center, 85 Hospital Road, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
