I am so honored to have met Linda through my church family and became close to her. We shared a moment in black history together by attending the grand opening of the NMAAHC in Washington DC. It was a joyous and memorable day. I love her dearly.

Sis. Dorman was one of my mother dearest friends. During moms later years they spend countless hours together talking, laughing and solving the problems of this world. Linda became a beloved part of our family and attended many of our family functions. Linda will be missed very much by our family as she join her friend in that eternal home call Heaven . Rest in Peace !

Although I did not know Linda, I do know her incredible daughter Libya, who I am sure is a testament to the person Linda was. I am so very sorry for your loss, and will keep the entire family in my prayers.
