Linda Funn Obituary

Linda C. Funn, 67, of Alexandria, VA passed away on February 9, 2025. Born in Alexandria on April 8, 1957, to the late Arthur Funn, Sr. and Clementine Funn. She was preceded in death by her brothers Arthur Funn, Jr., Alan David Funn, and her beloved grandmother Lorraine Funn Adkins. She leaves to mourn her only son, Antoine Moore, her sister Lauren Funn Leggett, brother Christopher Geter and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Greene Funeral Home, 814 Franklin Street, Alexandria, VA. Services will take place on March 4, 2025 at Alfred Street Baptist Church, 301 S. Alfred Street in Alexandria, VA. The viewing will take place at 10 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m. (A Delta Omega Omega service will take place at 10 a.m.) Interment at Bethel Cemetary in Alexandria. Linda's legacy of love for family, especially her beloved son, nieces and nephews, will be deeply missed. She devoted many hours supporting her church and her Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. sorority, where she developed many deep relationships of admiration and respect for her wisdom and dedication.
