Jeremy and Engh Family Members: We could not believe it later this past weekend when I met with my Tappahannock preacher @ Tappahannock Memorial United Methodist Church. As the small world would have it, he and his wife knew of your wonderful family as beautiful Lisa had for many years been her beautician when they lived in Remington, Virginia. He has been my all-time favorite Pastor. He is so inspirational. And, his name is Mike Payne. He and his wife were so devastated when they heard the news and further realized the connection between Lisa/Laila and us. He further said the nicest prayer the 2 lovely ladies this past Sunday. I have really been so impressed at the vast reach Lisa especially made in your wonderful Remington community. Please let us always help you and continue to love you openly. We want to be there more for you. Much Love from Stephanie and Steve Reger (your cousins).

Friends

Packing up the dreams God planted
In the fertile soil of you
Can't believe the hopes He's granted
Means a chapter in your life is through
But we'll keep you close as always
It won't even seem you've gone
'Cause our hearts in big and small ways
Will keep the love that keeps us strong
And friends are friends forever
If the Lord's the Lord of them
And a friend will not say never
'Cause the welcome will not end
Though it's hard to let you go
In the Father's hands we know
That a lifetime's not too long to live as friends
With the faith and love God's given
Springing from the faith we know
We will pray the joy you live in
Is the strength that now you show
But we'll keep you close as always
It won't even seem you've gone
'Cause our hearts in big and small ways
Will keep the love that keeps us strong
Lisa ~ May God bless your loving family as they grieve your loss. You and your sweet baby girl Laila are both walking with Jesus now and we will all be with you again when our time comes.

My deepest sympathy goes out for you and your family. I am so sorry about this freak tradgedy. I worked with Lisa for 2 years and we become friends and had great times together. She was a very loving friend, mother and wife. She worshiped Jeremy and all her children. I didn't get the chance to ever meet Laila, but I am sure she was a doll. They will both be truely missed. Let God lead the way. He will get you through anything.
