On Thursday, May 16, 2013. Daughter of Juanita Dinwiddie. She is also survived by three sisters, a brother, many other relatives and friends. Mrs. Byrd will lie in state from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service, 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at St. John's Baptist Church, 1905 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA. Interment Pleasant Valley Memorial Park. Services entrusted to CHINN-BAKER FUNERAL HOME.
