Lorraine Maxine Marrow-Mines
Born in Washington, D.C., Lorraine peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Devoted wife of Eric J. Mines, beloved mother of Christopher J. Marrow (Caitlin.) Lorraine is also survived by her sister, Charlene Wilson, her brother, Gary Wilson (Susan) and granddaughter, Josephine R. Marrow.
Relatives and friends may call on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. until time of service, 4:30 p.m., at J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Road, Landover, MD 20785. Interment private. The Family would appreciate donations to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122, in loving memory of Lorraine Marrow-Mines. However, they understand that flowers are always a way to express sympathy

I am just learning of Lorraine's passing. It is a hard pill to swallow. Lorraine was always the gentle soul that helped everyone, spoke with everyone, and worked without complaint. She was always ready to lend a hand. I am thankful, that in retirement, she had the time to enjoy those things that were most important to her. Her family! I will always picture her in my mind as the Biker Chick! She was truly adventurous. RIP Lorraine. Show those Heaven's Angels how it is done.

Another beautiful rose has taken it’s rest and left behind sweet memories and sorrow at departure. We were so sad to learn of the passing of Lorraine, a sweet, kind, gentle, lovely lady who worked with us many years ago. You have our sincerest condolence. Christopher, Eric and all the Family of the Dearly Departed, Much-Loved One, Lorraine, may you all be comforted by those memories and your faith.
