Dear Grandma,

As I sit here at my desk trying to get some work done but, can't because I am thinking about Pop-Pop. I can not believe it will be a month already on Thursday. I miss him so much. I try not to think about it but, it is hard. Coming to the house every night is making me realize that it is not a dream anymore. I keep thinking that I am going to see him again and he is just on vacation or something with Pudgie. This week it has hit me though. I just can't believe he is gone. Well I love you and I will probably see you tonight. I miss and love you Pop-Pop and I know your watching over all of us. R.I.P.

Dear Betty,
We were so sorry to learn of Lou's passing. We'll always have fond memories of him - our friendliest neighbor ever. He was always so willing to take the time to help us with his expertise in so many areas. He was very kind and had a great sense of humor. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
