Magdaline Thames Obituary

Magdaline "Maggie" Pressley Thames passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025, at her home in Suitland, MD, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 19, 1930, in Nesmith, SC, Maggie dedicated her life to her family, her community, and her faith. She leaves behind a cherished son, Dion, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry forward her legacy of kindness and devotion. A devoted member of the Way of the Cross Church, Maggie's life exemplified selfless service and unwavering faith. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, with visitation at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 12 noon.
