MARGARET MARY LEO (Age 14)
On Thursday, July 5, 2007, of McLean, VA. Loving daughter of Leonard and Sally Leo; sister of Anthony, Elizabeth, Thaddeus and John Leo; granddaughter of Marian and Ernest Schroeder and Nancy and Bernard DeMarinis; great-granddaughter of Viola Iafrate. The family will be receiving friends at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME OF ARLINGTON, 4510 Wilson Blvd on Sunday, July 8 from 3 to 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More, 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington, VA 22203 on Monday, July 9 at 10 a.m. Interment Columbia Gardens Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Margaret's name to Retirement or Vocations Funds of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 1140 King Rd, Immaculata, PA, 19345.

Recently, I started asking Jesus for a miracle through Margaret and it was granted.

We shed many tears upon learning Margaret was called Home.
Tears of sadness for the loss of your beautiful and holy child, and tears of joy knowing she was free of her earthly afflictions and is with the Lord.
Margaret Mary was a saint on earth, and is now one in heaven.

Dearest Leonard, Sally and kids,
I am still a bit stunned by Margaret's sudden passing. You all were blessed with a loving, challenging daughter and sister. Her extended St. Thomas More family and friends were equally proud to know Margaret.
You are a remarkable family, who has overcome multiple odds. Margaret taught all those who knew her to pursue their passions and dreams.

You all are in my thoughts and prayers at this hard time. Margaret was such a special young lady and I feel so privileged to have known her. She could be a pistol too, and I smile when I remember the times after Sunday masses when she would be rolling all around Burke Hall to visit her friends - not wanting to leave when you wanted to leave. Margaret was definitely a living saint moving amongst us. I am so lucky to have known her!
