MARJORIE R. BUCHANAN
On Wednesday, October 28, 2015 of Washington, DC. Beloved mother of John (Lauren Jones) Buchanan, Jr. and the late Rodney A. (Julia Berry) Buchanan; grandmother of John Buchanan, III, Kareem Buchanan and Lakisha McMurren; great-grandmother of Havana Goines, I'Kareem Buchanan and Kaz McMurren; sister of the late Charles F. (Edna W.) Robinson. Many other relatives, friends and colleagues also survive. Service will be held at Shiloh Baptist, 1500 9th Street, NW, Washington DC 20001 on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 11 a.m. Viewing from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Okey pokey every time I hear somebody say that I turn a round see if it's you but I have to remind myself that you are no longer with us but your spirit is still here me and Mike miss you so much every now and then things were going on with the house we will say what is miss Margie thinking about this we didn't get the house but God blessed us with another one so I hope the people they get this one take care of it just like you wanted us to take care it rest in peace miss Margie okie dokie

Marjorie will always be fondly remembered by those of us at Pierson Ball & Dowd. She was the sweetest most pleasant woman ever. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
