On July 7, 2014 of Seat Pleasant, MD. Loving husband of Lillian Mackall; father of Markita and Marlita Mackall; stepfather of David Neal and DeJuan Jones; son of Mary Chapman and the late Samuel Mackall, Sr.; stepson of Leon Chapman, Sr. Also survived by three sisters; two brothers; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday, July 17, from 10 a.m. until Service at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 1105 50th Street NE, Washington, DC. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Arrangements by J.B.
