Martha Frances Sargent "Bassett"(Age 87)
Of Springfield, VA, passed away on September 20, 2016. She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Eddy Sargent; children, Nancy Sundal (Tom) and Walter Sargent; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many other family members and friends. A viewing and time for sharing will be held on September 29, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032. Burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenspring Benevolent Care Fund, 7410 Spring Village Drive, Springfield, VA 22150 Attn: Philanthropy.
