Martin Braun III (Age 78)
Dr. Martin Braun III passed away on April 12, 2023 at age 78 due to Parkinson's disease. He is survived by his wife Roberta, his children Alicia, Marty, and Marisa, and nine grandchildren. Born in South Carolina, raised in Baltimore, Marty was a flight surgeon in the USAF before becoming a dermatologic surgeon. He was the first Mohs surgeon in the DC area, and was a beloved teacher/mentor to countless dermatology residents (including his kids). A memorial gathering will be held at Murphy Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA on Friday, April 28, 2023, 5 to 7:30 p.m. To share condolences with the family or for more information please visit
