MARY JANE KENNELLY, of Bethesda, MD and Vero Beach, FL, beloved wife of James and mother of Eileen Kennelly Sorabella and mother-in-law of William Sorabella died peacefully in her sleep at home on Friday, December 2, 2005. In addition to her husband, daughter, and son-in-law, Mary Jane is survived by a grandchild, who is due later this month, and her six siblings, Dr. James Campbell, Leona Gans, Robert Campbell, John Campbell, Timothy Campbell and Eileen Campbell and their families.Mrs. Kennelly was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Foundation Schools and the Executive Director of The Foundation for Contemporary Mental Health.The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 9222 Kentsdale Dr., Potomac, MD, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, December 5. A Mass of Christian Burial will then be celebrated at 11 a.m. on December 5, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Mary Jane Kennelly Scholarship Fund at The Foundation Schools, 6000 Executive Blvd., Suite 605, Rockville, MD 20852.
