Dear Mr. & Mrs. Foster and Family-

I had the great priviledge of meeting Mat my senior year at Lynn. I gave him his tour the first day of his freshman year. Mat has a heart of gold. A very caring and loving person. I was thrilled when he decided to stay down here after graduation, and how happy he was when he landed his first job as an investigator, his new townhouse, the arrival of Tanner, and his new Mazda. I will always cherish the wonderful memories Mat and I shared the past 4 years.

My sincere condolences to you and your family at this difficult time. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask.

The Foster Family and Friends

I would like to express my sincere condolences for the loss of your son Matt. I had the privilege of having Matt as one of my best employees. Matt was an extremely intelligent, considerate, polite and sweet caring person. He was one of those rare team players that loved what he did and was available to anyone that needed him. He was well liked by all of his fellow investigators and office staff. Matt touched the lives of each of us and will be remembered as one of the giants in my company for a very long time. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and all who knew this remarkable young man. If there is anything I can do for your family during this difficult time, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Sincerely,

Heather Wakefield

To Mat's family and friends,

Mat was one of the youngest and newest investigators on our staff and yet he was one of the best. In a short period of time I grew to trust him with my most important investigative assignments, knowing he would do his very best. I am so sorry for Mat's family and friends who miss him. We will miss him too.

I'm not sure anyone reads the guest book, but I feel it's a good time to get feelings out. Matt was a good friend while growing up, the best I had in fact. He was a solid person, who knew what he thought and who he was. I will never forget his attitude and what it taught me. He will be missed very much.
