Mike was a fine politician, good human being and a great friend. We both started out in Washington State and ended up in Washington, DC. Coincidence can be wonderful.

I miss you so bad already and it's only been a week since you passed. I want to jump on a bus with you and spend the day with you pawing thru the pawn shops of Seattle and getting the stink off us so Mom won't make us take a bath. I love you brother and we'll all take good care of Patrice while your away.
